INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE
For best results be sure skin is dry and free of lotion before applying device.

1.
Peel liner off hook tab
|
 |
2.
Place
wing on exposed adhesive
|
 |
3.
Pinch
device. Peel up liners half way and fold down
|
 |
4.
Insert
needle to hilt using proper cannulation technique
|
 |
5.
Remove
liners and set exposed adhesive down
Cannulate
2nd needle and adjust angle for proper flow rate.

 |
6.
Check
to insure all machine alarms and tape-over to insure needle position.
|
|

It's effective and fast.
